About the Winery:
Phaedrus Estate was established in 1998. More than twenty five vintages later Ewan Campbell and Maïtèna Zantvoort are still enjoying the challenge of making wines with personality that reflect the region. The range includes a Sparkling, Fiano, Pinot Gris, Fumé Blanc, Chardonnay, Rosé, Pinot Noir and Shiraz.
